Pirate Baseball Golf Tournament Feb. 27
The Pirate baseball team will host the 14th annual Pirate Baseball Golf Tournament, in memory of Benny Alvarez, on Feb. 27 at the Fernandina Beach Golf Club. Proceeds benefit the Fernandina Beach High School baseball program.
Registration is at 11 a.m., and the shotgun start is at 12:30 p.m. Cost is $175 per person and includes golf, range balls, dinner and mulligans.

Pickleball tourney
The city of Fernandina Beach Parks & Recreation Department will host a pickleball tournament at 9 a.m. Feb. 28 at Central Park. March 1 is the rain date.

The First Coast District of the Eastern Surfing Association will hold its end-of-season awards banquet at 5 p.m. Feb. 22 at Duck Pinz, 27 N. Third St.
Mini golf tourney
The fourth annual memorial tournament honoring Greg Creamer will be held April 11 at Gregor MacGregor’s Mini Links & Drinks. Register online.
Mini sports camp
The city of Fernandina Beach Parks & Recreation Department is offering a mini sports camp March 16-18, from 9 a.m. to noon. It’s open to ages 7-11, and snacks are included.
